Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 29, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how the BloomDrop app ("BloomDrop", "the app", "we") handles information. BloomDrop is published by Keret Software Oy (Finland). The short version: we do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data about you. The only information leaving your device is what the app store itself needs in order to process an in-app purchase, described under Purchases below.

What we don't collect

Data stored on your device

BloomDrop saves your scores, progress, and saved games locally on your device so it can remember your best results, let you continue where you left off, and keep your settings. This information stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.

In a future update, BloomDrop may offer the option to sync your scores and progress across your own devices using Apple iCloud. If enabled, this uses Apple's iCloud service tied to your personal Apple Account — the data is handled by Apple under Apple's terms and privacy policy, and is not accessible to the developer. There is no developer-operated server involved.

Your saved artwork

BloomDrop lets you save the paintings you make. Saved images are written to your own device's photo library and stay there. They are never uploaded to us. If you choose to share a painting, your device's standard share sheet opens and you decide where it goes — that sharing is handled by the app or service you pick, under its own privacy policy.

Purchases

BloomDrop is free to play, with a single optional one-time in-app purchase that unlocks the full game. Purchases are processed entirely by the app store — Apple's App Store on iOS and Google Play Billing on Android (reached through the Unity IAP library). We never receive, see, or store your payment details.

To process a purchase and to restore it if you reinstall the app or change device, the store's billing service handles a limited amount of data — your purchase history for this app, device or app identifiers, and basic diagnostic information. This data is transmitted in encrypted form, is used only to complete and restore purchases, and is not sold or shared by us with anyone. Its handling is governed by Apple's and Google's respective privacy policies. Within the app itself, the only thing stored as a result of a purchase is a local flag recording that the game is unlocked.

Children's privacy

BloomDrop is suitable for all ages and is intended for a mixed audience that includes children. We take children's privacy seriously, and the app is built so that there is nothing personal to collect in the first place.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country) as defined by the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Article 8 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has somehow provided us with personal information, please contact matan504@gmail.com and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes (for example, when iCloud sync or an in-app purchase ships), we will update this page and revise the "last updated" date above. Material changes will continue to reflect the app's actual behavior.
