Support & FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How do I play?
Drop colored pigment into the paper bin, choosing where it lands. When two drops of the same color touch, they merge into the next color up the seven-tier ladder, and the new paint blooms and bleeds across the paper. Keep merging to make room and climb the ladder.
How do scoring and levels work?
You earn points as drops merge — higher tiers on the color ladder are worth more. In the endless escalating mode the pace rises over time, so the same skills keep getting tested under a little more pressure. Your best score is saved so you can try to beat it.
What is the danger line?
The danger line is a creeping marker near the top of the bin. As your run escalates it adds pressure: if the bin fills with pigment past the line, the run ends. Merging drops clears space and keeps you safely below it.
How do I save or continue a game?
There's nothing to do — your progress is kept automatically on your device and restored when you reopen the app, so you can pick up right where you left off. Your best scores and settings are remembered the same way.
How is my data stored? What about iCloud?
Your scores, progress, saved games, and settings are stored locally on your device. BloomDrop has no accounts and no developer server, and it does not collect or transmit personal data. A future update may add optional sync across your own devices using your Apple iCloud account — handled by Apple, not by any developer server. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I reset my progress?
Because progress is stored on your device, you can clear it from within the app's settings when a reset option is available. Deleting and reinstalling the app will also remove its local data. If you have enabled iCloud sync in a future update, note that synced data may be restored from iCloud after reinstalling.
How do I restore purchases?
BloomDrop may add a one-time in-app purchase in a future update. Once that ships, any purchase is tied to your Apple Account, and you can use the in-app "Restore Purchases" option to recover it on any device signed in with the same Apple Account. Purchases are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store.
